Disclaimer for Funding Policy

  • Since we are fully reliant on funding, we aim to include a 10% buffer as a reserved budget in every grant application. The reserved budget will be allocated for unfunded projects and emergency expenses.
  • The accumulated budget consists of the reserved grant funds plus any remaining budget from actual spending.
  • Spending decisions regarding the accumulated budget will be made by members of executive committee.
